Hospice Care
Tillery Compassionate Care provides a full spectrum of hospice care in patients’ homes, assisted living facilities, long-term care facilities or wherever you call home. Hospice patients are as active as possible in their care decisions, choosing where they want to live and when they want to receive services.
Our home care program focuses on caring for, not curing, terminal illness. Our team-oriented approach provides a range of family services to help make life easier for everyone, including medical consultation, skilled nursing care, pain management through medication, hospice aides, coordination and delivery of medical equipment, and counseling and emotional and spiritual support for patients and their families.
Palliative Care
Tillery Compassionate Care works closely with your provider to ease pain and help with symptoms caused by chronic or serious illness but is not considered life-limiting at this time. This service adds an extra layer of support working in conjunction with an individual’s medical team and life-prolonging medications or treatments.
Nursing Home / Assisted Living
Tillery Compassionate Care works closely with long-term care facilities in our area to provide services to patients in need of hospice or palliative care. We coordinate with facility staff to develop a plan of care focusing on comfort and quality of life.
Costs for services in long-term care facilities are usually covered by Medicare or other insurance. We are proud of our ability to deliver quality, compassionate care to residents in nursing homes and our team will strive to ensure that patients and families receive the maximum benefit available through our services.
Hospital Care
Tillery Compassionate Care works closely with area hospitals to help families who need hospice or palliative care in the hospital setting. We coordinate with hospital staff to develop a plan of care focusing on comfort and quality of life.
Costs for our services in the hospital setting are usually covered by Medicare or other insurance. Our team strives to ensure patients and families receive the full benefit possible in the hospital environment.
